What we collect

When you use the contact form on this website, we collect the information you choose to submit, which may include your name, company name, email address, and the content of your message.

We do not use analytics, tracking, or advertising cookies on this website, and we do not collect any personal data simply from you browsing the site.

Why we collect it

We use the information you submit to respond to your enquiry and to discuss the services you've asked about. Our lawful basis for this is legitimate interests, namely operating our business and responding to enquiries from prospective clients.

How your enquiry is handled

Contact form submissions are processed using Netlify's form-handling service and delivered to our business email account, hosted on Microsoft 365. Netlify acts as a data processor on our behalf and may store submission data on its servers, which may be located outside the UK, subject to its own appropriate safeguards.

How long we keep it

We retain enquiry details only for as long as necessary to respond to you and, where a business relationship follows, for the duration of that relationship and any legal retention period after it ends. Enquiries that don't lead to further contact are deleted within a reasonable period.

Sharing your information

We don't sell your personal data. We only share it with the service providers necessary to operate this website and respond to you (currently Netlify and Microsoft 365), and where required by law.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law, you have the right to:

• Request erasure of your data
• Restrict or object to our processing of your data
• Request your data in a portable format
